It's easy to create custom boot or shoe length laces with a package of Replace-A-Lace by Sierra Lace. One package contains 1-144" piece of lace and 4 heat shrink adhesive end tips. Simply measure the old lace, cut the same length from the 144" piece, put the shrink tips over the ends and heat with match or hair dryer. One package will create one pair of 72" or shorter laces.
